1. Contractual partner

2. General and scope

Services are provided on the basis of these General Terms and Conditions unless different provisions have been expressly agreed.

3. Payment

Available payment methods are shown during checkout. Payment is due under the conditions of the selected method.

4. Delivery and prices

Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer. Product prices include applicable VAT; shipping costs are displayed separately where applicable.

5. Retention of title

Goods remain the property of the contractual partner until full payment has been received.

6. Cancellation and returns

Consumers may exercise statutory cancellation rights within the applicable period. Sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons cannot be returned after the seal is removed.

7. Warranty and liability

Statutory warranty rights apply. Liability limitations do not affect claims arising from injury to life, limb or health, product liability, intent or gross negligence.

8. Data protection

Personal data required to process orders is handled confidentially and shared only where necessary to fulfil the contract or comply with law.

9. Governing law

Dutch law applies. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
